I’m a Creative Director with over twenty years of experience in brand strategy, visual communication, motion design, and 3D production — working with universities, production companies, media agencies, and cultural institutions across Switzerland, Italy, and the UK.
I studied Sculpture at the Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera in Milan, followed by a BA in Digital Animation at Northbrook College Sussex in Brighton, and an MSc in Computer Games & Entertainment at Goldsmiths, University of London. That path — from fine art to interactive technology — shapes every decision I make as a strategist and director.
My studio, SD Media Lab, has been operating since 2003 across Milan, London, and Chiasso. Clients have included Electrolux, the University of East Anglia, Il Giornale, Biowind, and Smoke & Mirrors London.

Background
Based in Chiasso, Canton Ticino, I collaborate with studios, companies, and cultural institutions across Switzerland, Italy, and the UK. Before focusing on independent projects, I led creative and digital departments, developing branding and communication strategies for international clients — always guiding the process from first brief to final delivery.
Art Practice
Alongside the commercial work, I maintain an independent artistic career. As a contemporary artist, I have represented Italy at the Seoul Media Art Biennale (Seoul Museum of Art, 2002) and at Rendez-vous 2007 — produced by the École nationale des beaux-arts de Lyon, the Institut d’art contemporain and the Musée d’art contemporain de Lyon, in conjunction with the Lyon Biennale. Artist-in-residence at Moly-Sabata, Fondation Albert Gleizes, France (2007). Press coverage in Le Monde, La Croix, and Sud Ouest.
